Those of you who have been following my blog know about my 3D printer and the earrings I make with it. I posted about it back in September. In September and October, a sampling of the earrings were on display in the hall in the Center, as part of the display of resident crafts celebrating Kendal’s 50th Anniversary. I also did an auditorium presentation about the earrings in September.
Because of the comments resulting from that exposure, and the inquiries Jan has been getting when she wears the earrings, I have arranged with our Gateway gift shop to try selling some of the earrings.

Ten pairs of earrings are on display there. I discussed pricing with Alma Szablewski, the resident volunteer in charge, and she proposed $25 a pair, so that’s what we’re going with. I have no idea how well they will sell, if at all. I’ll let you know.
If you are not a Gateway regular, keep in mind that the shop, which is entirely resident-run, is open only at lunchtime: 11:00-1:00, Monday-Friday.
