There’s a new semester of “Teaching and Learning at Crosslands” (TLC) starting in February. Kendal residents are welcome to register as long as there is still space in the class. All are taught by Crosslands residents who want to share their expertise and excitement about their topic.
I have taken two of these courses, one on “Transportation” and one on “Documentary Production”, and both have been very worthwhile.
As of now, 18 of the courses still have space. The table below provides the course name, the instructor’s name, and the day and time of the classes. Click on the course name to get more information about the content.
This is a great way to learn about interesting topics and meet Crosslands residents with interests similar to yours.

This is an interesting project, which I think could be replicated here at Kendall Collington. I assume these classes are taught on line, so residents of other Kendall communities can take advantage of them?
If that is the case, I have signed up for myself and my wife.
Austin Henry, Collington #144.

A few are on Zoom, but I believe most are not. Basically, these are for residents of Crosslands and Kendal at Longwood (which have adjacent campuses and common administration). I would say it is up to the instructor to decide whether to put it up on Zoom and, if so, to allow participants apart from our local community.
