The Delaware State Police are stopping cars and turning back those with out-of-state licenses. Starting on April 2, drivers on certain roads have been told that they must either comply with the Governor’s order that out-of-state visitors quarantine themselves for 14 days or else return immediately to the state they arrived from. The order is part of Delaware’s program to slow the spread of Covid-19.
So far, the roadblocks have been set up only for part of the day, and only on relatively small roads. I-95, I-295, and I-495 are not affected. I have not been able to determine if Route 202 is affected.
